We usually try to answer any questions over email and then send the sample lease and roommate agreement to make sure you are comfortable with everything. Then if you are still interested we can schedule a facetime. Then if you think it is a good fit, you can come out in person and tour the house.

This is a very quiet neighborhood. Carriage Hill - Fully furnished kitchen and living room - has everything needed to cook with. - There are three bedrooms upstairs and one full bath upstairs. The master has an enclosed half bath. There is a half bath in the kitchen/living room area. In the “basement” there is another full bath that is mostly used by the tenant in the downstairs bedroom since it is enclosed in her room. Also, downstairs is a den/supply room and another room for the laundry. There is also a deck which you can access through the main living room. There is a patio outside the bottom level. -You are responsible to continue to pay rent and the utilities even if you are not staying there for vacations/breaks. ADDITIONAL: You are only liable for your rent for your room, not the entire house. Utilities are already set up so there are no additional costs. We have the fastest internet plan (Xfinity) with WiFi and ethernet cables installed. NEW HVAC SYSTEM INSTALLED, NEW WASHER AND DRYER.
