1 Bedroom + Separate office space in a 2bed/2 bath house for spring semester sublease!

***This is to rent ONE room of the house, NOT the whole house***

Looking for a sublease for my bedroom and separate office space while I am abroad for the spring semester! House and room are both furnished. Ideally renter would be a graduate student...
or young working professional. Rent would be $775/month with an $775 security deposit.

Other tenant is a clean, quiet man in is early twenties, but rental is open to all genders. The house has one full bathroom on each floor, so you two could decide whether you wanted designated bathrooms or to share both. All of the appliances are modern and have recently been updated (fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer) and the hardwood floors have been refinished about a year and a half ago. The mini-split heating/air conditioning system has also been replaced in the last year and a half and works really well. The house has a separate dining area, living space, and a really nice enclosed sunroom at the front. The laundry room opens out onto a huge carport (where you'd be able to park) and a big backyard. There is also a garage for parking a car/storing bikes, etc.

Would be open to considering a dog (no additional rent or fees), but I am allergic to cats and would struggle to return to the room if a cat had been living in it. My dog is in some pictures, but she will not be living here during the rental period.

Utilities are not included in rent. Deposit would be one month's rent ($775). Rental dates are 1/16/2025-5/15/2025, but that has some flexibility.

Sorry, no smokers.

LGBTQIA+ friendly!
