We are subleasing two rooms in our three-bedroom apartment on Upland Rd. The rooms can be leased individually or together. The first vacant room is at the back of the house and... has a view of our backyard. The second room has the same square footage as the first room but has a walk-in closet. The apartment has a spacious living room, a modern, well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, plenty of pantry storage, and all appliances needed to create delicious dishes), and a spacious porch with a front yard. The backyard is shared with the other tenants in the house. All rooms have their own AC mini-split.

The nearest grocery store is Kroger, which can be reached within 2 minutes by car.

I (Conor) am a PhD student studying mathematics, and would prefer to live with another graduate student. I enjoy cooking, relaxing on the porch with friends, and rock climbing. Cleanliness is very important, and I would appreciate it if you shared that mindset.
