1 Bedroom (furnished) for rent in nice shared house - looking for female roommate! (Shared Housing)

We are looking for a female person to join a nice house share on Shadow Lake Rd!

The room is furnished (closet, desk, bookshelf, bed) and can be visited. The rent will be 650$ incl. heating plus 40$ for trash, sewage etc. and the monthly shared... electricity bill.

The house is in a good location: it takes 10min by bike to VT and there are bike lanes all along the way, it is very close to Kroger and has good bus connections.

You would share the kitchen with four and the living room with three other people. Two of them are doing a Postdoc at VT and the other rooms are still vacant. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and a big fridge. The living room has several couches and a TV. The house has a nice big garden and also a fenced yard.

The house has 3 bathrooms for 5 people. You would share a bathroom with the female postdoc in the room next to the vacant room.

I initially signed a lease for this room and would have liked to move into the house but my plans have changed and I would happily pass on the room to someone who is looking for a room at that time. The lease would start on August 1, but earlier move in dates could be discussed.
