Looking for 1 female grad student to help me fill 2 bed 2 bath unit (1bed/bath open) starting Fall 2025. Apartment is on the second floor (out of three floors) and overlooks the forest, so has a nice amount of privacy. Has a nice open kitchen, with... dishwasher, garbage disposal, ice machine, and plenty of cabinet space. Large living room space, with a nice solarium.

Apartment utilities for wifi, electricity, heat, water/sewer I already set up, but are paid monthly and split evenly (~$100/month). Complex also has 24/7 maintenance, pool, gym, community fire-pit, volleyball court, grills, coffee station, and walking path that leads to the huckleberry trail. This apartment is very close proximity to the pool!

Almost everything in the apartment in the common space is already furnished (e.g., couch, coffee table, bar chairs, etc.) and plenty of space for more. Plus, this community is very graduate student friendly (e.g., quiet, mostly other older students). I have enjoyed this area/apartment because it is separated from the busy downtown area of Blacksburg, close to a lot of grocery/shopping options, yet still close where the drive is only around 10 minutes.
