Townhouse , $563 bedroom one roommate needed starting fall 2025, close to Campus & Kroger (Shared Housing)

1 room available on Lora Lane in a 3-bed/2.5 bath townhome. Rent is $563 with utilities (electrical, water, and internet) usually around $90-100 (slightly higher in the winter).
The townhome is located in a peaceful and isolated neighborhood that is... an 8-minute drive from campus or a 20-minute walk to the campus transit center. It's also just a 2 minute walk from the UCB and Toms Creek bus routes, Starbucks or Kroger.
We are currently two roommates, both PhD students (1 female and 1 male), looking for a clean, quiet, and kind third roommate.
Large furnished kitchen downstairs, plus a living room (mostly empty). Washer and dryer upstairs. The room faces our own fenced backyard and shed downstairs. Heat/air-conditioning is from a central HVAC system with the thermostat downstairs. We have 1 cat, but she doesn't get along with other pets, so we will have to keep it that way :D
The room will be unfurnished, and the full bathroom upstairs is shared with the male roommate (although he uses the half bath downstairs mostly, so practically just the shower is shared)
