Stonegate and Carlton Scott Apartments / Lease Takeover

Looking for someone to takeover my lease 1 room in a 3 bed, 1.5 bath second-floor apartment for the next academic year (lease available to renew afterwards)

The room has a shared bathroom with another roommate.

Location: Appalachian Drive. Near PRG... , UCB, TCR, PHB Bus stops
(about a 20 minute walk to campus very public transportation friendly)

Lease period: 2025-2026 Academic Year

Rent: $670 per month (+$50 utilities package)

Utilities: electricity/heat usually around $60/month +/- $10 combined

Amenities: Dishwasher, central air conditioning, in-unit washer/dryer, parking pass for purchase

The other 2 roommates are all male and students at Virginia Tech. We keep the bathrooms, kitchen, and common area pretty clean. The apartment is generally pretty quiet, each of us keep to ourselves and do our own thing. Communicate through our group chat mostly.
