Room Available- Highlands at Huckleberry Ridge
I'm looking to rent out my spare room to a graduate student or faculty member on a flexible basis. The room has its own bathroom and the rent ($200 per week or $700 per month) includes all utilities (heat/AC, internet, electricity, water). I am... particularly interested in short-term tenants as I know it can be difficult to find somewhere to stay temporarily if you're looking for permanent housing or you are between places. That being said, I am open to longer term arrangements if it works for both parties. The room is (sparsely) furnished but this can be negotiated. Pets are welcome but I have a dog who is rather Opinionated so some discussion may be necessary depending on your type of pet and its needs. I don't have a vehicle but this is a difficult place to live without one, so fair warning as far as that goes!
