Room available at Foxridge starting June 16th

I'm moving out of Blacksburg after my lease ends on June 15, 2025, and I'm looking for someone to take over my lease in a 2 bed, 1.5 bath apartment at Foxridge.

You’d be living with a respectful, communicative, and clean roommate. The living room... and dining area are already furnished with a couch, TV, table, chairs, and curtains (all courtesy of my roommate). You’d both need to agree on splitting cleaning responsibilities and shared resource usage.

I’m also looking to sell some of the furniture in my room before I leave—most of it has only been used for about 6 months. Happy to negotiate prices if you’re interested in moving into a furnished room.

The apartment is right by the community gym, pool, tennis and basketball courts, and the bus stop + Food Lion are just a short walk away. Foxridge has a peaceful, nature-filled atmosphere with lots of walking and biking paths.
