All utilities, including Cable and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. The electric bill is the only utility... that is separate-it is billed equally amongst all residents in the house through a third-party service called Conservice. The bill will still show up in your resident portal where rent is paid for convenience. Each unit has its own washer and dryer. The following amenities are also included in the rent as well: 24/7 Clubhouse for our residents that have group and private study rooms, 2 story fitness center, free Starbucks coffee, a copy and print center, golf simulator and sauna, resort style pool, volleyball courts, a 1.5-mile walking trail on site and even a dog park!
