Hi! I am looking for someone to take my lease over at Maple Ridge. I live in a 2-bed 2.5 bath townhome that is fully furnished and pet friendly with access to the clubhouses' full amenities (gym, pool, dog park, study rooms). It does not include... utilities, and rent is $945/month. There is a full in-unit washer and dryer, deadbolt locks to the townhome & individual bedrooms, plentiful storage areas, and a full kitchen and living room with a smart TV. Maple Ridge is about 2 miles from campus, with a bus stop right nearby!
