Foxridge 4-Bedroom Apartment, looking for a one-year tenant

Hello! Our apartment is a 4 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathroom unit. The room we will be leasing out is a lovely smaller room with a large built-in closet. The room will be UNFURNISHED and the photos are of our previous set-up. The... bathroom is in the hall, and you will be sharing the shower with just me (one person). The whole apartment is carpeted, and we are constantly collecting furniture to fill our common spaces (however the bedroom will not be furnished). We split rent monthly which ends up being around 730 a month, then we split utilities by side, which are higher in the summer months and can range anywhere from 20-70 per person.
