Spacious first-floor bedroom with large walk-in closet and huge bathroom available for rent at Maple Ridge (3x3 Premier floor plan.) There are two quiet, tidy, and friendly female roommates who will be renting the other rooms upstairs.

The unit is... furnished and includes a bedframe, mattress, desk, desk chair, night stand, and dresser. There is also a linen closet in the bathroom for extra storage.

The kitchen, which comes with a microwave, oven, stove, and dishwasher, has a lot of storage space, and the living room is pretty large and pre-furnished as well.

There are two cats already living in the unit, which is the maximum amount of non-ESA designated pets that Maple Ridge allows for one space. One of them stays upstairs and the other is a playful kitten who adores attention.

The earliest that the leasing office will allow for move-in is August 20th. This room is available through lease-transfer, so shoot me a text or email if you're interested.
